Rideau Canals
 Stretching through the southern
section of Ottawa, the Rideau Canal spans 202
kilometres (125 miles) and includes the sections
of the Rideau and Cataraqui rivers, as well as
several pristine lakes, including the Lower, Upper

the canal spans about 19 kilometres (12 miles),
and the Rideau Canal traverses through the cities
