When we decided to sell our home, I interviewed a number of agents. Most came through, looked around and said our house was nice. They then asked me to prepare and send them a detailed list of features and builder's upgrades so that they could put together a feature sheet. Next, they tried to have me sign with them as the listing agent. I was really disappointed with their approach.
